Welcome to Bizodo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our printing services and website. By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Bizodo, located at 78 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5RW.
• "Client," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or entity using our printing services.
• "Services" means all printing, design, and related services provided by Bizodo.
• "Order" refers to any request for printing services submitted through our website or other communication channels.
• "Materials" includes all files, designs, artwork, and content provided by the Client for printing purposes.

2. Service Agreement

By placing an order with Bizodo, you enter into a contractual agreement with us. We agree to provide printing services according to the specifications you provide, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Bizodo. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address, and this constitutes our acceptance of your order.

2.2 Specifications and Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all specifications, designs, and materials submitted are accurate and complete. Bizodo will not be held liable for errors in the final product that result from inaccurate information provided by the Client.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before production begins, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website.
• For large or corporate orders, payment terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 3% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

3.2 Additional Costs

Prices quoted do not include delivery charges unless explicitly stated. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the destination and urgency of delivery. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the Client.

4. Artwork and File Requirements

Clients must provide print-ready files in the formats specified by Bizodo. We recommend PDF format with all fonts embedded and images at 300 DPI resolution. If files do not meet our requirements, we may request revisions or offer file preparation services at an additional cost.

4.1 Proofing

Digital proofs will be provided for your approval before printing begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review proofs for accuracy. Once you approve a proof, Bizodo cannot be held responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof.

4.2 Copyright and Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any materials submitted for printing. You agree to indemnify Bizodo against any claims arising from copyright infringement or intellectual property violations related to your materials.

5. Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates only and begin after proof approval and payment receipt. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Bizodo shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.1 Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon delivery to the carrier.
• It is the Client's responsibility to inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Quality and Acceptance

We maintain high-quality standards in all our printing services. However, slight variations in color, cutting, and finishing are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute grounds for rejection unless they fall outside industry-standard tolerances.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where:

• The printed materials contain errors that were not present in the approved proof and were caused by Bizodo.
• The materials are defective due to manufacturing faults.
• The wrong product or quantity was delivered.

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to reprinting the defective items or refunding the purchase price, at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizodo's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

9. Force Majeure

Bizodo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Modifications to Terms

Bizodo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
